of the Obama presidency. The INCREASE in the unemployment rate is negative, but unemployment is increasing.

Started before Obama took over.

So, yeah, every time Obama goes overseas, more people are unemployed here.

It's much like saying "Obama goes overseas only when the sun rises in the east".
