"Change the fuckin' channel.....please."

Well, I did not say it quite like that, but you know that is what I was thinking...

We went to have some lunch while we were doing errands, so we stopped at Penn Station for a bite and would you know it, they had Faux Noise on! We could not stand for that, so we made them change the channel. Actually, they gave us the remote and we changed the channel, to the Food Network.

Then we walked down to the Pet Smart, which is in the same plaza as the Penn Station, where hey were having a puppy adoption day, all of which are from shelters from the surrounding area. While I was distributing some puppy love, my partner came out and said "Uh, you need to see these Cat kennels." He was not pleased at all... He went off looking for a manager, what he found was one of the shelter people who must of thought he was about to get a beat down.

What started as a complaint about the conditions that the Cat kennels were in; full litter boxes, dirty cages, dirty water...etc. We end up signing up to be volunteers to help take care of our feline friends once a week. We also did not just leave after bringing attention to the issue, oh no at all, we stayed and cleaned every single kennel.

We also have play time the kitties too, it was nice to get them out of those kennels, so we could clean them of course but also to let run about and play for a spell.
