Americans want KSM tried in military court"
Washington (CNN) – Two-thirds of Americans disagree with the Obama administration's decision to try Khalid Sheik Mohammed in a civilian court rather than a military court, according to a new national poll.

But six in 10 people questioned in a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Monday say that the alleged mastermind of the 9/11 attacks should be tried in the United States, as the administration plans to do, rather than at a U.S. facility in another country.

The poll indicates that 64 percent believe Mohammed should be tried in military court, with 34 percent suggesting that he face trial in civilian court. Six in 10 people questioned say Mohammed should be tried stateside, with 37 percent calling for the trial to take place at a U.S. facility in another country.

7. 6 out of 10 Americans needs to be
educated a bit more about what their Constitution says. They would appreciate it and be much more comfortable. I'm sure the propaganda networks will be all over that. :sarcasm:

9. Americans are told they want KSM tired in military tribunal
The M$M has told them for a week this is what they want.

People forget that our justice system would be compromised if we don't try him in the civilian judicial system.

Everyone citizen or not is due their day in court.

Fuck the M$M and all the talking heads they bring forth to instill the propaganda upon the people of this land.

10. THE MILITARY HAS HAD EIGHT FUCKING YEARS!
Edited on Mon Nov-16-09 05:55 PM by Capn Sunshine
Enough is enough. This is a criminal action in the first place, unless, they are then saying that McViegh and the OKC bombing was an act of war as well?

I think the defense contactors just feel this might wind down the hot war ( and their order stream)as people realize you can't use the military to fight what is basically a criminal enterprise.
