4. I wonder what it would look like if you overlay population on the wage scale
There was a growing prevalence in two wage families in the 80's. I know that speaking about population is the third rail, but our growth is based on growth. Growth in population, imports, exports, dollar supply, well, everything. The expanding monetary base is what provides revenues for everything under the sun including taxes.

Maybe we have just reached an equilibrium of population.
