Did I hear correctly: Stephanie Miller is moving to NYC?
I'm here in L.A. visiting my dtr so naturally I tune into Steph, whose show I can no longer get in New Haven. I thought I heard her say she was moving to NYC. They did a little routine on PetAir to transport her dogs...

god I'd love to have her w/i transmission from a radio station in NYC! I have missed her so much! She had me laughing loudly today, just like she used to do in the dark days following the 2004 election...I swear she kept me sane. She and the mooks of course...I just loved jim's Drunky McPuke Shoes (Tom DeLay)...

1. Where she lives and broadcasts from has nothing to do with where she's received...

WWRL transmits her now in NYC, but their signal's not likely to get any stronger, and I doubt she'll get more affiliates just by virtue of being in the neighborhood.

2. Steph has personal business that will mean she will have to stay in New York

.... for sometime. She will continue w/ her show but will broadcast from NYC and the
mooks and Rebekah will keep working from L.A.. The coming months are going to
be tough on her so she will need much love, good calls, and the support of her friends.
Do not be surprised if she has to take some time off on short notice too.

Steph will also need people to respect her privacy at this time too.

3. I hope she is all right. I know she had medical issues.
I wish her the best in whatever her challenges may be. I'm sure she'll be welcome in NYC!

6. I think she's going to NY part-time in order to get more face time on
shows like Ed Schultz and Larry King. The satellite delay is too great for them to put her on too often.
