- Can Gonzo be busted for lying to Congress when he said Sampson testified 20 times that Gonzo did not approve of the plan?

- Shumer said Sampson said in retrospect that he thought the plan was a bad idea. I remember him saying as much in his hearing. However, he was busy working on the plan in December.

- How is it that Sampson was making an elaborate plan when Gonzo did not approve of said plan? Someone is lying or Gonzo does not know whats going on in his Dept.

the whole morning session...incredible meaning not credible.

3. WH wanted them fired, Gonzo says he didn't, Sampson goes ahead with the plan, Gonzo says he didn't

know Sampson was going ahead with the plan. SO...either Sampson is lying to cover-up for the WH, or Gonzo is lying to save his own ass.

THIS is why Goodling's testimony is so important. SHE was the liaison between the WH and the DOJ.

She may be subpoenaed too. The WH is trying to use executive privilege on Miers. PROBLEM IS...she doesn't work there anymore.:)
