$100,000 Challenge to the World: Try to Prove Us Wrong
This is an old challenge to the world. Jack Herer author of "The Emperor Wears No Clothes" provides a full copy of his book online to read for free. For those who answered wheat in the thread titled: "Which is the more valuable plant to humanity? Wheat or hemp/marijuana/cannabis? Despite all the other uses for pot benefitting humanity, go through chapters two and eight to get an idea of pot's history as food and its nutritional value.

If you disagree with this guy and you think you can prove it. Hey, he's got $100,000 waiting for you. That challenge is listed at the top of chapter two.

4. What exactly is the challenge?
I could use the money. The challenge seems to be "Try to Prove Us Wrong". Specifically what claims are we being asked to prove wrong? The entire book? Just chapter two? The few paragraphs below the challenge?

Does he have a more formal statement of the challenge somewhere? Does he state precisely what is being claimed and what would be acceptable as proof that the claims are wrong? Who judges whether they've been proven wrong? Is the $100,000 in escrow to be paid out in the case that the challenge is met?

If it's this:
there is only one known annually renewable natural resource that is capable of providing the overall majority of the world’s paper and textiles; meeting all of the world’s transportation, industrial and home energy needs; simultaneously reducing pollution, rebuilding the soil, and cleaning the atmosphere all at the same time

then it seems likely that at least some of it could be shown to be inaccurate, provided it's stated more precisely in a formal challenge.
