Just on C-Span: Schumer tells Leahy "there's too many people to kick out"
As the Gonzo hearing is now adjourned for lunch, many people are protesting. Schumer jokingly says to Leahy: "there's too many people to kick out"

... to cover the House and Senate live while they're in session.
How does C-SPAN determine its schedule?

The C-SPAN networks are committed to televising the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate when they are in session. In addition, C-SPAN covers congressional hearings, White House press briefings, speeches, and other important public affairs events. To provide you with the timeliest public affairs programming, the evening schedule for each day is determined by 7:55pm ET the same day. The evening's schedule begins at 8pm ET and concludes at 7am ET.
