Apparently the vast right wing conspiracy has bought up huge quantities of Going Loco.um Going Rogue

so they could say it is #1 on NYT and now Newsmax is hawking it on TV making the claim that it's #1 when they also claim it's not even in stores yet.

How can NYT put a book at #1 BEFORE its release date? We don't talk about albums or movies this way.
