Corporate media needs to be broken up if we are to going to let
lies, propaganda, and misinformation for corporate state power be protected under the auspices of "free speech" or we aren't going to stand a chance in the future. I think we need a real and fact based campaign to achieve this and find an ally in elected government to put the issue on the table.

2. Yes and anything else out there that competes. However, too many
average Americans have no working knowledge of them to any useful degree.

3. This is a fact, and it is sad. This country is being seriously manipulated by the media and
corporate cartels. And a really serious difficulty is IMO average Americans don't seem to get it or want to know the manipulation and slick marketing techniques being pushed on them. Money talks and holds the power in this country, as in many. I doubt much will be done, probably.

4. In the end, I think something has to be done. It just can't lay there any longer.
Especially since falsehood has made its way into so many institutions of American life now.

5. I have said it over and over this is the main
problem with the way news is reported. If you would just go to CNN who is bragging they are fair and balanced. You will see that the only articles they post about democrats are negative. All the praise all the glory go to the republicans. And they have made Palin and Bachmann saints.
