Why does the GOP consistently / intentionally avoid TRUTH, REASON and CLARITY? My Turn to Rant
Edited on Sat Nov-14-09 03:52 PM by opihimoimoi
How is it the GOP gets away without using REASON TRUTH and SANITY in their Philosophic Messages/etc

They deny Climate Change even as the Ocean levels rise and Glaciers diminish..

Do they not see the data, the confirmations, the Proof....?

They deny efforts to clean our air by reducing CO2 emmissions...

They deny we have a Population crisis.

They twart efforts to fix our Nation by not swinging the MOP and instead...act like widdle kids saying NO to everything ...obstinate and hardheaded

Why are they keeping Reason Truth and Sanity Locked up as Prisoners?

What are their Motives? is it the Exploitive Factor?

Why do they have such inadequate peeps as HEROs?

Such as CHUCK NORRIS....they listen to the dude like he is Jesus...ditto for Hannity, BillO, BeckO, and RushO...all dropouts and Ideologues of the worst Kind....why do the Pub Peeps, the Sheeple continue to listen to these dudes even after 8 years of GOP Bushie Crap resulting in the decimation/erosion of our National Security???

Its amazing....

President Cheney was in charge of Terrorist Prevention early on...and yet...he ignored the warning of 8/6/01 and went hunting. His side kick Bushy Boy went golfing...and yet...the GOP loves these failures only because they are REPUBLICANs...never mind they fucked up with 4000 peeps dead on 9/11...

WHY? How is it they fear the TRUTH...

Republicans are the party of ideology based AGGRESSIVE PERSONALITIES. Democrats are the party of REALITY based PASSIVE personalities who either can't or don't effectively fight back against the more aggressive personalities of republicans and their fear & hate mongering.

6. somewhat
Yes,Democrats have fought back but still not nearly nasty enough. I consider the main reason Democrats won back power in 2006 and 2008 is the massive incompetence of the Bush Administration. And here we are almost 2 years after Bush, people are forgetting the last 8 years and Republicans are AGGRESSIVELY pushing their B.S. family values, religious fascism...etc...and successfully disguising it as FREEDOM!!!

7. It's not the truth to them, because it doesn't fit their belief system.
And when you combine that with an authoritative personality (with a few dominants that lead the sheeple who need to be told how to think), you get what we see....scary stuff, and no rational way to battle it!

8. Those GOP members who are not NeoCons no longer have
any say. The GOP leadership is now loaded with NeoCons, and a high percentage of NeoCons are
sociopaths (like Bush, Cheney, Rove...etc...). Among the characteristics of sociopathy
(another name for which is "Anti-Social Personality Disorder") are: a defective conscience,
controlling, making use of and taking advantage of others, pathological lying...etc... They
can't really be blamed for being the way they are, since they can't help but do it. No amount
of reasonable explanations will change them.

That's why it's so dangerous to have a sociopath in high positions, be it in government or in
private industry. You've seen what Bush, Cheney and Rove are like. We've got to keep them
out of positions of power, be they Republicans or Democrats. They can only harm our nation.

13. Too much Fool-Aid and not enough rehab.
They have lied so much to cover up their killing and stealing that they believe their own silly bullshit. They've brainwashed themselves with the bullshit tainted cleaning solvent and fake do-goodishness. They have destroyed trust in America. Only the totally lame trust the GOP these days.

You can count on the GOP...to be totally unreliable.
