1. "who's paying?" is an excellent question....

I doubt the publisher will make much from book sales, if anything. I mean, some of the Palin crowd will likely buy her book just to show support, but I doubt that most will read it. It's my understanding that the book is already being bulk purchased and practically given away to anyone who'll take a copy. So who IS paying for her "book tour?" :rofl:
