After Larry King, his is the only show that shows up on the Nielsen radar. CNN gets beat in the ratings by its own Headline News offshoot.

2. I use to like him.

He was on CNN bashing the bushes way before Keith. Lou would criticize the bushes and corporate America. Then in the end of his show, he would throw in his anti-illegal rants. He use to have more information and commentary about how the middle class was being destroyed, he use to push an anti-corporation, pro-populism agenda, this during the prime of the bush regime, long before MSNBC's Keith, Rachel and Ed.

But he seems to have lost it and can no longer distinguish reality from fantasy. He belongs on FOX, fake News.

5. Yes! He did have a lot more good things to say a few years ago -

I don't understand what went wrong with him, but I haven't watched his show in about 2 years.

I watch a little of HLN most days, CNN almost never-I hate their brain dead "news" people.

He may have legitimately hated the bush administration but that's only proof that he wasn't a wacko neocon. There were still plenty of hints that leaked through on air that underneath he was still plenty right wing enough. Any I always felt that he was a racist dough bag. Some of his interviews were downright cruel towards minorities.
