The boyfriend she sent the tape to said she was NOT 17. She was in fact 20 years old. Carrie can not even keep track of all her lies.

she's probably been parading around in pageants most of her life, having everyone tell her how pretty she is..and somewhere along the line, she thought that was all she had to be..

being "pretty" is not enough, and she's finding it out the hard way.. ask for tv time, and you'll soon learn it's not what it's cracked up to be:)

5. that's the problem i see with sending your kids to pageants. sure, not all kids

end up having that idea... but how can it not send the message that looks are all you have and all you are. I tell my kids they are beautiful and pretty and all that.... but I encourage their thirst for knowledge and curiosity. I emphasize their likes.... like Emily who LOVES facts. she will sit and watch the science channel or the history channel..... She LOVES to read.... Ashley is 4 and loves to read and draw and color. Though she also loves to say her address anywhere and everywhere which is great but can be an issue.... Abby enjoys screaming and crying and being held. She enjoys being hungry just at the time I need to either go take Ashley to school or pick her up from school.

I don't know what I would do if my kids came to me wanting to be in pageants.

WHo knows why he leaked it. I mean, she made it and sent it to him (along with man many more) It was a gift. She sent it to him as a gift I suppose.Maybe he was disturbed by her attitude as being something she was not and wanted to expose her for her hypocrisy. Maybe he wanted some money.Who knows his motive and who cares if he is a low life.
