2. Funny :) I do have an observation though

It is much easier for small countries to be efficient in some things than say the US/China/USSR, I think it would be better to compare to states in some cases.

6. Actually, a country like Norway has bigger obstacles in achieving

success than larger countries because of the extremes they are trying to survive in, so the fact that they have done so well speaks to their intelligence and ability to act as a community.
