I am in the industry, am familiar with Baxter and also am an immunologist who knows the sound theory on how H1N1 came to be. Anyone who claims to be a scientist who doesn't understand that is a quack.

Also, I have had the H1N1 flu mist (not from Baxter) with NO issues and I have underlying health condition.

I have got to say I thgink it was completely overboard for WHO to call it a pandemic and for Obama to declare a state of emergency given that swine flu does kill far fewer people than the ordinary flu. What gives? Why are WHO and Obama giving such a huge financial leg-up to the makers of this vaccine. And no liability whatsoever if there are problems?
