Google ads are based on keywords. DU cannot filter all ads in advance because they are not prognosticators. Help them out by informing them of the ad and it will be blocked.

Not attacking you, Robin, but there are at least 4-5 of these threads a week. I think it'd be helpful to post something like: "The ads on DU come from a separate server. If you see an anti-dem ad, please alert an admin and we'll have it dealt with. Thank you."
