I fully support the age and record-keeping requirements and am glad they were standardized by law. However, the Ashcroft/Gonzales USAG attempted to amend the record-keeping requirements in such a way that the performer's real identities & addresses would be available to anyone as well as categorize that anyone who so much as links to an adult image would be legally deemed a primary producer. Our industry got an injunction against those amendments but the Adam Walsh law (HR 4472) reversed parts of that injunction. As a result, anyone that links to adult content is considered a primary producer of that content and must therefore keep model documentation on file or be subject to fines and jail time.

After the controversy over her remarks about gays, when they were considering whether to remove her crown or not, Donald Trump and the Pageant organizers decided she had not done anything wrong. Trump stood by her (he's not going to like what she said in her book about him)

Then some nude photos surfaced and they fired her.

Then she sued them claiming she was wrongfully fired.

Now suddenly this tape shows up and she has dropped her lawsuit. It looks like someone sent the tape to the pageants organizers after she filed her suit. It definitely makes he claims of not having violated the rules not very credible.

No one knows who provided the tape or why but it did ruin her case.

Aside from the rules violations, in her book she lectures people about 'morality' and 'our culture'.

More and more she is looking like a phony and a liar and a hypocrite to many people.

She has a book out, so she won't be disappearing from the media anytime soon.
