Former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean calls a sex tape she made for an ex-boyfriend several years ago "the biggest mistake of my life."

Prejean told Fox News Monday and NBC's "Today" show Tuesday she shot the X-rated video of herself alone when she was 17 and sent it to a boyfriend.

It's a common practice with many of the Hollywood starlets nowadays. Naked pics come out, say you were underage, nobody can show them.

Her Mom and all who viewed it wouldn't get in trouble cause A. they didn't know what they were about to watch, and 2. I'm sure there's some exclusion for owning it/showing it as evidence in a lawsuit.

TMZ doesn't have possession of it, they were just offered it for sale for $10,000 a few months ago, but maybe this is why they didn't buy/show it? So, maybe she really was 17?

While I don't agree with the question posed to her at that pageant (that word makes me cringe...ughhh), the subsequent fall-out and how she responded is TOTALLY on her.
