Just got back from an Organizing for America meeting...

It's the first time I've ever been to any sort of political meeting. I met everybody at the Livingston County Democratic Party and they are super nice. I'm gonna be working with them making phone calls and the like. Also I will probably have a spot working for them on the 2010 gubernatorial election. I'm super excited!

BTW - We talked about the Health Care bill, and it seems like everybody there was unhappy with the Stupak Amendment. We'll probably be hounding him about it in the near future.

2. I will do my best. Unfortunately, our district has a Repub congressman,

so we won't get help from him. Looks like there will need to be a massive effort all across the country to try and get this amendment out.

retracted her indifference about this.
