1. Lieberass has already said that if there is a P.O. he will fillibuster
Bayh to his credit said he would allow it to come to a floor for a up and down vote.

4. My guess is that the Senate will pass a PO with a trigger and then somehow the house
and senate will have to reconcile there individual bills into one for final passage. It's going to be a long road.

6. And I am guessing the final bill will not have the tax on the rich, nor the precondition
requirement for insurance companies.

8. The preexisting conditions will be there, the subsidy
is the real issue. If we end up with the Senate subsidies because there aren't enough taxes raised, this bill will fail in the implementation anyway.

9. No, the precondition requirement is pretty popular I think that would stay no matter what.

10. When you say "pretty popular" i am confused as to with who is it popular? The Senate doesnt give a
rat's ass about what the public wants. And the precondition requirement is surely not at all popular with their masters. So I guess I dont agree that it is likely to survive.

5. Wow. That's a really depressing reality to face
This is not a good list to face.

The only way anything is done is if Obama takes them task and uses his office effectively. But with all of the health care money flying around, it's really going to be an epic struggle.

7. Can we flood these states with correct information
We've got to figure out how to turn these votes because these names are going to keep popping up for the next 8 years.

11. I will be glad to help, but how do we flood these states with information? Take out ads on Faux?
And most Senators dont pay a damn bit of attention to what their constituents want anyway.
