Democrats blast Sessions women-to-smokers comparison
Some people just don't get it.

"Why should a woman pay more than a man?" asked New Jersey Democrat Frank Pallone, according to the Courthouse News Service.

"Well, we're all different," Sessions explained. "Why should a smoker pay more?" he said before interrupted.

"First, the NRCC says that a man ought to put the first woman Speaker of the House ‘in her place.' ...I don't know what's scarier, whether NRCC Chairman Pete Sessions actually believes women are second class citizens or whether he believes it's political beneficial for the NRCC to say so."

1. Ridiculous. Still pisses me off, even after a long and torturous thread on this
a couple days ago.

2. Streaker needs to sit down and shut up
Then again, maybe not. The more stupid things said, the less relevant the GOP becomes.

3. I believe the Republicans, in the last
few years, have decided if they court the bottom feeders and the basest of mankind they can win. Those who compare the rest of us to Nazis are following that scenario. And they may be right; Rush, Beck, Bachmann, etc. There are more out there that love that class of pundit, naysayer, etc than there are of the rest of us. We can try to shame them but that will never happen. They have no shame. It seems to be a tactic that works for them. Several years ago that sort of speech would have been considered treason.
