That significantly improves upon FOX’s performance last Fall with MadTV in the timeslot – up +16% from MadTV’s average meters in 4Q08 (1.9/4)
In addition, it beat Spike Feresten’s average by 100% in the 11pm timeslot this past winter (1.1/2)

1. She makes my head hurt...

2. The opening monologue, I thought, wasn't great

It felt like she was reading off cue cards, which of course she was. But the show got stronger as it went on, especially her little panel discussion at the end.

3. The pace was spotty

but some of the stuff she did was hilarious.

Going green for porn was great, the expressions on people's faces were priceless.

I'll tune in again next week. I love Wanda.

5. That going green episode made me laugh so loud

my cats left the room.

My favorite was when she compared Lieberman to Gollum. That was priceless.

It was rough in some spots, but I am sure it will improve as it goes along. She's funny enough to make it work.
My other laugh was at her transvestite presenter.

but she should be used to it, I laugh a lot.

BTW, if it's ever repeated on Comedy Central, do catch the Gabriel Iglesias special. It was on twice last night and he's just as funny as Wanda, although in a slightly less profane manner. His show is "I'm not fat, I'm FLUFFY."

the bush pee obama pulling up his zipper bit was an interesting way to show whats going on with the Bush years vs. Obama. Bush impeachment jokes are OK by me.

wife is tivo'ing her. inconsistent, but pretty funny and pretty lefty in parts.
