Bluto gives a speech, and urges his housemates to follow him to take action - and they stay in their chairs. Now, Obama is Bluto, and much of the base will sit back and fail to get out of our chairs next time. Only difference? A pretty speech, unlike the movie, will still leave us in our chairs.
