For those that wanted to read, it is a few pages - just posting since I hadn't seen it yet. The first page is a cover so you must click to page 2 to start the text

update: adding the note that you can switch between image and text versions of the document on the left side of the page (above the document window) but the text conversions can sometimes misread characters and you should take note if any words need to be corrected in the process. Text readers are alas imperfect as yet.

3. there is a txt/image button on the left at the first link
I think you can grab the text (and edit out any character misreads) from that. Hope that assists - couldn't find it as just a text file but looked for a bit.

1 SEC. 265. LIMITATION ON ABORTION FUNDING.

2 (a) IN GENERAL.-No funds authorized or appro-
3 priated by this Act (or an amendment made by this Act)
4 may be used to pay for any abortion or to Cover any part
5 of the costsˇ of any health plan that includes coverage of
6 abortion, except in the case where a woman suffersˇfrom
7 a physical disorder, physical injury, or physical il1n~ss that

1 would, as certified by a physician, place the woman in dan-
2 gel' of death unless an abortion is performed, including
3 a life-endangering physical condition caused by or arising
4 from the pregnancy itself, or unless the pregnancy is the
5 result of an' act of rape or incest.
6 (b) OPTION TO PURCHASE' SEPARATE SUPPLE-
7 MENTAL COVERAGE OR PLANo-Nothing in this section
8 shall be construed as prohibiting any nonfederal entity (in-
9 eluding an individual or a State or local government) from
10 purchasing separate supplemental coverage for abortions
11 for which funding is prohibited under this' section, or a
12 plan that includes such abortions, so long as-, "
13 (1) such coverage or plan is paid for entirely

14 using only funds not authorized or appropriated by
15 this Act; and
16 (2) such coverage or plan is not' purchased '
17 usmg-
18 (A) individual premium payments required

, 19 for' a Exchange-parti~ipatinghealth benefits
20 plan towards which an a(fordability credit is ap-
21 plied; or
22 (B) other nonfedetal funds required to re-
23 ceive a federal payment, including ~ St&te's or
24 locality's ,contribution of' Medicaid matching
25 funds.

12 through such supplemental coverage or plan are paid
13 for using only premiums collected for such coverage
14 ,or plan; and
15 '(3) any nonfederal QHBP offering entity that

16 offers an Exchange-participating health benefits.

20 is identical in every respect except that it does not

6. This ought to be a stickie to stop all the threads saying

the plan proposed by the bill won't cover abortion to save the mother's life or in cases of rape or incest. It will cover those!

But it's not a good bill overall.
