Reminds me of the IL-5th...after Dan Rostenkowski was convicted, Pat Flannigan, a rushpublican was able to win the district as there was no strong Democratic challenger. He tried to vote "liberal" on many issues but was beaten big time by, of all people, Rod Blagoyevich.
