when it's all over , you have this cute little baby, and it's worth the trouble


This kind of the way legislation works.

There's drama
there are tears
there are swear words
it takes forever
it's painful
but in the end, sometimes at least

you end up with something worthwhile

and if it's not what you expected or it misbehaves , you can send it to its room for a time out, and then correct the problems

but without the trouble to GET the baby, you have nothing but an empty crib and some folded blankets
