Hey Dennis Kucinich - Your Storm's brewed in a Tea Cup.
No, you wouldn't Read About It

The rich get richer
The poor get the picture
The bombs never hit you
when you're down so low

Some got pollution
Some revolution
There must be some solution
but I just don't know

The bosses want decisions
The workers need ambitions
There won't be no collisions
whey they move so slow

Nothing ever happens
Nothing ever matters
No one ever tells me
so what am I to know

You wouldn't read about it
Read about it
One unjust, ridiculous steal
Ain't no doubt about it

You wouldn't read about it
Read about it
Just another particular deal
There's no doubt about it

2. Fortunately His Vote Didn't Matter
I'm very grateful my Congresscritter, Melissa Bean took my phone call yesterday morning and then voted in favor of the bill.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Garrett

Peter Robert Garrett AM MP (born 16 April 1953), is an Australian musician, environmentalist and politician. He has been an Australian Labor Party member of the House of Representatives for the seat of Kingsford Smith, New South Wales, since October 2004. After the Labor Party won in the November 2007 election, Garrett was appointed Minister for the Environment, Heritage and the Arts by Prime Minister Kevin Rudd.<1> He was lead singer of the Australian rock band Midnight Oil from 1973 until its disbanding in 2002. He served as President of the Australian Conservation Foundation for a total of ten years, and in 2003 was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for his contribution to the environment and music industry.<2>

I have a hunch Mr. Garrett would side with Kucinich.

who couldn't pass a single piece of legistlation. Will probably run for president again (already disolving into Harold Stassen) and once again not win a single state--including his own.

8. A grand stander is someone who pretends they will do everything
they can for you and then vote to strip the only thing in the bill you can support because someone paid them to.

15. If his vote had been the final deciding vote
Dennis would have voted for this bill. He likely passed on the first round, waited until the 218 votes were there and then cast a "no" vote allowing him to salvage his image. Dennis is a good guy with wonderful principles but he is also a publicity hound.

16. Yes 217 + Kucinich, Dennis would have voted Yes
This is a man who does NOT like standing on the same with the Blue Dogs and Republicans to say the least.
