I'm kinda soured on the whole thing right now. Maybe I shouldn't be, but 'tis how I'm feelin.

That allows the purchase of an abortion ryder that doesn't use public funding.

Yes, getting this bill is absolutely worth the status quo on abortion. Nothing has changed.

7. imo, yes he did
and many people here are (understandably) outraged at the stupak amendment, but assume arguendo that the health care bill was exactly the same as it is now, except it also paid for abortions, and it DIDN'T pass.

would that be a better scenario?

cause imo , that's the other likely scenario.

he may seem like a villain, but imo the whole enchilada would have failed w/o his amendment
