..... champagne cork poppings, and high fiving that the insurance company execs will be holding?

The healthcare industry is pouring tons of money into killing this bill and they will continue to do so tomorrow.

There is plenty for them not to like, and there is plenty of stuff to build on in the future THAT SCARES THEM>

The noise is going to get amped up even louder after this is passed. Repugs are going to run campaigns on REpEALiNg it (with lots of pharma and insurance cash), etc etc etc.

8. Big step forward but the Senate obstacle remains.
There's no filibuster in the House, so passage is easier with a simple majority. Getting the 60 votes in the Senate is a remaining issue. Reid hinted that this might not pass the Senate until next year! So, I'm not breaking out the champagne tonight.
