I just read the GOP is going to vote "present" on the amendment. Ha. No they didn't! I seem to recall how they spent months decrying Obama's "present" votes when he was in the Illinois Senate, which at least there are an official means of registering protest about the form of the bill. Now they are doing it themselves.
