heading to DC looking for a handout then I might be interested in their means of transportation. Especially if it was paid for by the company asking for a handout.

But these are private citizens using their own money to lobby congress to actually spend less money on them. Can't really fault their choice.

Plus, that's a long flight, if you are taller than 5ft then first class would be nice.
