Will Stupak vote for the bill if his amendment passes?
And how many net votes does passage of his amendment bring?
I also seem to remember months ago that Joseph Cao (R-LA, one termer) said he would vote for the bill if abortion funding were barred. His district is New Orleans and very heavily Democratic.
