the other day on the Steve Wilkos show Steve was propagating

misinformation. he was verbally bashing an 18 yr. old woman that had just had her second child who drank and toked during her pregnancy.

he said marijuana was addictive and got on her case for being addictive. you would think his staff would correct him on that before going on air.

yes drinking while pregnant can cause birth defects, low weight babies, early delivery, etc. but toking doesn't do any harm at all.

for hundreds of years women in other places on the world have toked to help them during pregnancy and nursing. toking helps with nausea during the first few months of pregnancy and toking while nursing helps the mother to relax and the breast milk to flow easily.

Steve used to be a cop. maybe that is why he is mixed up.
