Right-Bloggers React to Fort Hood Exactly as Expected

Muuuuuuuuslim!
FIGHTIN' KEYBOARDERS CALLED BACK INTO ACTION. We'll probably be reading a lot of idiotic stuff about Fort Hood, but it'll be hard to top this from Robert Stacy McCain:
The people who want to kill you are not Tea Party protesters or accountants from Saranac Lake, N.Y. They're not Kentucky populists or Belgian radicals.
Anyone who wants to distract you from real dangers by telling you to fear this week's pet bogeyman -- global warming! creationists! Ron Paul! -- is not your friend. They are fools and liars who cannot be trusted. They are objectively evil.
The only through-line I can detect in this incoherent gush is this: Liberals are trying to distract you so their friend the Arab terrorist can kill you. So don't shit your pants like they want you to -- shit your pants like Robert Stacy McCain wants you to!

From Gaubatz's November 6 interview with Frontpagemag:
FP: Dave Gaubatz, welcome to Frontpage Interview.
A terrible tragedy occurred yesterday at Ft. Hood, Texas. Because you are the co-author (with Paul Sperry) of the new book Muslim Mafia, I would like to ask you this: are there any correlations between your message in the book about the ideology of the Muslim Brotherhood and the murder spree at Ft. Hood?
Gaubatz: Thanks Jamie.
Yes. The murders by Malik Nadal Hasan at Ft. Hood, TX are not a 'lone wolf incident' as being described by most media organizations. Hasan had been taught the ideology that is being advocated by hundreds of Islamic scholars and Imams in the U.S. We as a country can continue to deny there are numerous Islamic leaders and their supporting organizations such as CAIR, ISNA, MSA, and MANA, to name a few, who advocate killing innocent men, women, and children whom they allege 'oppress Islam.'

http://mediamatters.org/blog/200911060023WND's Jerome Corsi Claims Fort Hood Shooter Advised Obama Well, if you were wondering what paranoiac smear artist would be the first to step out and attempt to name President Barack Obama as the man who guided Nidal Malik Hasan to his murderous rampage at Fort Hood yesterday, the answer -- naturally! -- is Jerome Corsi. Corsi has a long history of lunatic, fact-averse ravings and he fails to disappoint on that regard on the pages of World Net Daily, today, in a piece entitled "Shooter advised Obama transition." Except, of course, he didn't do any such thing.
Corsi hangs his entire allegation on a document produced on May 19, 2009 by The George Washington University Homeland Security Policy Institute entitled "Thinking Anew, Security Priorities For The Next Administration." In that document, Nidal Hasan is listed, on page 29, as a "Task Force Event Participant." He was one of hundreds of people listed as a "participant." Significantly, Nidal was not the author of the document. He was not a member of the HSPI's "Presidential Transition Task Force." Nor was he a member of the HSPI's "Task Force Staff." He was not a member of the HSPI's Steering Committee or a briefer to the task force.

“I hope we don’t go down that road of looking at one another as suspects,” said Jamal Baadani, a U.S.Marine reserve and founder of the Association of Patriotic Arab Americans in Military. “We are all serving this country together and sacrificing together.”
“Our hearts go out to our injured fellow service members and their families,” he said.

“I think we learned from 9/11 not to just paint each other with a broad brush,” he said. “We learned just because somebody looks like us and talks like us and does something horrific, not to blame everyone in that community.”
More than 3,500 Arab-American and Muslims serve honorably in the U.S Military, he said.
“Some have given their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan,” he said. “There are thousands of patriotic Arab-Americans and Muslims who are protecting their country from harm.”
