27. That quote is a fake, Republicon pretending they know something, quote.
That quote has been fed to all Tea baggers and I've never seen it actually verified. Provide a link to President Obama actually saying that, if it's true.

Did you see "The Warning"? Summers was one of those who blocked any regulation of derivatives which has lead us to the economic clusterfuck we're dealing with now.

This Tiger fan does and always will.

The Phillies put up a good fight, and I was cheering for them all the way.

13. I'm sure my pointing out an obvious failure is going to elect Republicans
I'm sure the GOP doesn't have that video ready to go for 2010 and won't be playing the 8% quote over and over and over again.

Someone on that team needs to spends some more time with their family...and soon.

16. well...
they haven't been fully-forthcoming, now, have they?

Look, I loathe the GOP -- primarily for their hypocrisy, their love of fascism and their tendancy to lie as much as they breathe) -- and wish that they'd confine themselves to teabagging one another.

However -- and this is coming from someone who voted for Obama -- I have felt quite let down by the Dems pandering to Wall St and the MIC, just like the GOP, and in many cases continuing with the same Bush eras policies that they promised would be changed.

The Dems current slogan seems to be: "Hey, we suck a little bit less than the GOP"

You're not going to get anywhere with that, in my opinion.

14. Well, let's see...
economics is an inexact science, they don't seem to be advocating what few regulations are left be thrown out, there's no wide-spread starvation, and there's a certain amount of latency inherent in the system.

20. The instant gratification nonsense
Yes saying that if we just wait longer a policy will work even though it seemed silly to begin with and has proven to be ineffective so far...reminds me of a certain policy from 2003-2008 that I can't think of.

23. After the law changes of 1999
it took until 2005 for the financiers to figure out how to really steal the money.

The wingnuts blamed the economic collapse of 2008 on the Democratic Congress of the 2006 election.

I've heard the idiot Boner saying it but I've never heard President Obama saying it. So, I think it is just another RepubliCON lie.

Provide a link to Obama actually saying it please.

Not that I think President Obama is doing enough for the real economy, but I prefer facts to fiction.
