11. There's something about it that makes his goof-up even worse.
He really is holding up a copy of the Constitution...while he quotes from the Declaration of Independence. (You can see "We the People" on the booklet's cover.) So if he had half a brain, he could have looked at the document that he was holding in his hand and noticed that he was completely off target.
