Uh, so that means when she thought he was a "nice young man" and paraded him around the GOP convention, she had no freaking clue WHO this boy was, who she had let live at her house with her teen daughter and younger kids virtually unsupervised -- she had no idea of who the hell this guy was.

Let me tell ya I have 2 teenaged daughters and that guy would not have been living at MY house! Or any guy really, what the hell did she think was gonna happen?

The implication in "she had no freaking clue WHO this boy was .... had no idea of who the hell this guy was" is that she is not responsible for things she said and did. She has not denied what he has said about her. She let her kids do as they would. She didn't see after their daily needs. All he's doing is spilling her beans. His cashing in is no different than hers is. She abandoned an official position, affecting her state's public, for cash. He's not affecting anybody except their small circle.
