Edited on Thu Nov-05-09 01:43 PM by LeftHander
Before HCR

With Doctor Choice Gold Plan A ffom, Gold Cross Green Pocket Healthcare LTD.

You may go see any doctor. If you see a network doctor (hands you a booklet with Website address). Then your co-pay is $50 up to a annual $1500 deductable with pre-approval. Without pre-approval charges may not be covered please see the details of your employers plan. If you choose a doctor outside of the network, you pay co-pay $100 and non-network fee of 50% of doctor's retail charge, with a annual deductible of $3000. Excluding specialist which can only be seen upon referral of a doctor from the Network with plan preapproval.

Or Doctor Select Diamond Plan B.....etc, etc, etc.

After real HCR...

You may go see your doctor.

4. explain in further details the "After HCR" cuz
not everyone (me) is very clear what this new HCR going to bring us. I, for one, don't have health insurance because i can't afford it. I am unemployed right now but desperetely seeking for a job. So, hopefully I will find one soon. Before i lost my job i worked for a company that didn't offer it's employees healht care, so i didn't have any isnurance before i was lay off anyway. Here in Florida a lot of companies are "opting" out of offering health care to employees. Ihave several family members that are working but don't have health care insurance/
