How do you email a legislator if you do not live in their district? Like Michele Bachmann?

How do you email a legislator if you do not live in their district? Like Michele Bachmann?
I even tried to use a map and a zip code and an area code but they must have remembered my computer ip address or something.


For someone who has a lot of things to say she sure doesn't want to hear from other people.

4. You can always send a postcard
That wouldn't get delayed like a letter in an envelope that has to get checked for dangerous substances.

Just a thought.
