What the hell...
Do we need something like this for?

Fully loaded

Red River Valley SWAT unveils a Bearcat armored vehicle during a Tuesday news conference at the Cass Fargo Emergency Management Building. The $256,000 vehicle has a body made from quarter-inch-thick plate steel on a heavy-duty Ford pickup chassis. It was purchased through a grant from the Department of Emergency Services.

4. Urban warfare
If this country keeps on getting more and more split you will see a lot of these to put down riots and civil disturbance.

We are getting real close to people acting out their frustrations in not feeling they have a voice. No one is really listening to the masses.

9. I think it's meant to scare drug dealers to death
so that no shots would be fired. Personally, I think they'd more likely die laughing.

They should have gone with simplicity:

(I've always wanted one of these. It would go so well with my 'hood)
