When I last checked it was at 91% of precincts in.

I'd love to know which precincts.

2. When I lived there I would get up early to get a copy of The Village Voice.
I can get it on-line now of course, but there was a bigger thrill diving into a hard copy over early coffee.

The NY POST, certainly, is garbage.

6. I haven't seen the Voice for years. I used to get it. I won't buy the NYPost even though
it IS a Mets paper.

8. True, the Mets should get some credit. I miss both the Voice hard copy
and the rickety No. 7 train out to Shea.

God, I'm getting homesick here.

9. RFK was very Shea-like while the Nats were still in it.
Mookie will always be MY GUY.

I worked at the Mets' AAA ballpark.

11. Ballpark work is noble stuff. Good for you.
I'm more than a little jealous.

And homesick to boot.

13. Bloomberg now the projected winner in the DN's summary total page.
Thompson obviously gave it a good run.

Tomorrow's media may calculate how much each vote cost Bloomberg, given the amount he spent.
