17. Well there is that program to ship the homeless out of the city (and possibly country)
Considering the job situation it's only a matter of time until the jobless join the list. It's not like they can expect any assistance from the city. As far as Bloomberg is concerned you can starve.

The people voted for term limits not once but twice but Bloomberg wants to buy a third term so he has it overturned. We don't need Bloomberg we can get by just fine with another mayor.

do in return, they re elect the bum bastard billionaire from Boston (albeit by a very slim majority)

Although I am pretty certain he got those winning votes from the gentrified yuppie hipster crowd and the Wall Street whores who call NY home.
