NBC retired him from his late night show and offered him the 10pm slot instead. Leno didn't decide to move to 10. Now both Conan and Leno's ratings are crap and NBC has to figure out how to salvage the mess. Leno will do whatever they tell him to do. Conan doesn't have any options either.

but I say, let him do it. Put Jay back in his old time slot, and Conan back in his, and fire that piece of shit Jimmy Fallon.

I'll still watch Letterman either way, but it could only help NBC to do this.

He has pulled down other anchor programs. Law & Order had fans that would turn it on at 9:00 p.m. (his time slot) after the kids went to bed. They won't watch it at 8:00 p.m.
