Does anyone know if they voted for cloture on the bill last night? I'm hearing that it is still being held up because they want to de-fund Acorn and make permanent the "e-verify" immigrant program by employers in this bill?

The vote was 85-2. The vote for EUI is expected as "soon" as Wednesday. I guess Senate rules state there has to be at least 30 hours after the cloture vote or whatever before the bill itself can be voted upon.
