The Motorized DWI Chair eBay Auction: Currently at $2,550, the $43,000 bid must have been bogus and the item relisted.

I don't blame the family for trying to generate some funds to cover their US Navy Veteran's mindless actions...

"What am I bid for this lovely leather-like seat cushion?"

4. Just read article. The cops hustled him. Removed a DUI if he forfeited it. Far cry from Mayberry.

5. "Cops in Proctor, MN, made a deal with LeRoy to remove one of the DUI's from his record."
"One of his DUIs"???

Uh oh.

Well, the old dude might have gotten the better end of that deal.

It sounds like the contraption isn't in terribly good working condition.
