Note to voters as you go to the polls today.
Everyone keeps saying the election outcome today will be decided by the economy. That makes sense, since so many are out of jobs, credit is tight or non-existent, and things in the country are generally bleak.

But the under current of these comments seems to be that the Democrats will pay the price for the economy. And I'd like to know why that is.

Did the Democrats run the country into the ground? No, they did not. The current recession started in December 2007, more than a year before Bush left office. And we all know these things don't just happen overnight, the downturn was underway for months before the economy officially hit the skids in December 2007. And let's not forget that after that point in time, Bush and the Republicans assured us that the basics of the economy were sound. In short, THEY LIED.

So, as you go vote today, do let the economy decide the election, and VOTE FOR DEMOCRATS. A vote for a Republican is an endorsement of their actions. Remember the Democrats got handed a warm, smelly bag of fresh shit in January of this year. It is going to take longer than a year to turn things around. It took longer than a year to get them this way.

Also remember the Republicans have tried to block or delay everything the Democrats have tried to do, which is hampering our recovery. And the Republicans are HOPING you take out your anger on the party in charge, and forget who ultimately is RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING THIS MESS.

Vote for America today...vote for a Democrat. If you don't, you will just be making things worse for all of us, you and your friends and family included.

3. Just back from the polls
we have 3 issues on the ballot and no candidates for anything.

I was #47 at 9:15am with a very low turnout expected.
