This just put a fine point on it

Charts really make it clear how we are getting the short end of the stick

taken into consideration etc.

2. MD fees for a normal delivery are 10X as expensive for high-end US compared to Canada.

Hospital stays are 13X more expensive. Do we really get 10X-13X better health care here? Or, 10X-13X better babies?
