John Dewey and Health Care/Universal Health Care?
So, for a college course I'm taking (called Creative Democracy and Pragmatism), I'm to write a paper about a topic of interest to me using Dewey's works. I decided upon health care/health care reform, and I've amassed a lot of good possible points from his works ( Liberalism and Social Action, Individualism Old & New, his essay The Economic Basis of the New Society, etc) for use in the paper.

However, I'm a bit stumped as to what approach to take to it. Should I compare classical liberalism with welfare liberalism? Should I make it purely a paper advocating universal health care coverage using Dewey's work? Etc etc. There are many possible ideas rolling around in my head.

My question to you guys is: what approach should I go for/what should my thesis be? You don't have to be intimately familiar with the Dewey works I mentioned; if you have a basic understanding/knowledge of his philosophies, that's more than enough for me.
