cnn.com = fair & balanced
Overly eager White House is guilty of too much information.....david frum

(CNN) -- "Transparency like you've never seen it before," the White House calls it.
On Friday, the White House posted online the logs for more than 500 visits to the White House since January. Beginning in December, the Obama administration will post online the names of all visitors to the White House.
Why don't they just install a 24-hour webcam in the Oval Office and be done with it?
This new policy is crazy, utterly counter-productive and will only make the work of the White House more sluggish and inefficient than it already is -- and it is plenty sluggish and inefficient now.

2. Oh no! Republicans can't have any precedents being established such as transparency.
How in the world could a Republican administration survive with real transparency? Can't be done. So they must make transparency a "bad" thing! Yes, they are so transparent anyway in their protestations!

NOTHING makes the Obama haters happy. They'll always find something to pick at, no matter what he does.

4. Strange... The conservatives were demanding this not long ago.
Now it seems like the liberals are demanding it now that we suspect industry lobbiests are visiting the WH more frequently than we'd like. The conservatives wouldn't want this to interfere in anyway with their efforts to block any kind of health reform or creation of energy policy.
